Shipping & Returns

Pickup at the studio

Purchases held for pickup are kept at the front counter under your name for up to fourteen days. After that, we'll call to arrange shipping or to release the hold.

Domestic shipping

We ship anywhere in the contiguous United States via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, your choice. Standard rates apply at cost; we do not mark up shipping. Most orders go out within two business days. Orders that include an alteration ship when the alteration is complete (typically five business days).

International shipping

Available on request to Canada and the EU. Email us with the piece(s) you have in mind and a delivery address and we'll quote a rate.

Returns and exchanges

• Off-the-rack pieces may be returned for full credit within seven days, unworn and with tags attached.
• Altered pieces are final sale once the alteration is started.
• Made-to-measure overcoats are non-refundable but we will continue to adjust the fit at no charge for the first twelve months.
• Service fees (personal styling, wardrobe edits) are non-refundable but the credit applies to any purchase on the day of the appointment.

Damaged or wrong items

If we ship you the wrong piece or a piece arrives damaged, call us within seven days and we'll cover return shipping and replacement.
